Japanese speaking Global Research Manager – Tokyo

A rapidly growing company is currently seeking a Global Research Manager to join their expanding team in Tokyo.

In this role, you will be responsible for gathering information from internal and external sources and analysing relevant industries and services based on a wide range of client requests, such as strategy planning, new business development, digital transformation, and organizational development.

This position will primarily handle international research projects, requiring day-to-day interaction with a wide range of experts across industries, functions, and geographical locations.

WORKING HOURS : 10 : 00-19 : 00 from Monday to Friday (8 working SALARY : ¥4,000,000 – ¥8,000,000 depending on experience + performance-based bonuses START : ASAP

Global Research Manager Main Responsibilities :

• Define requirements for various research projects from clients (mainly international)
• Conduct industry and role-based research and shortlist suitable expert candidates
• Screen experts to confirm relevant experience and insight
• Refine proposal lists and collaborate with the development team to improve operations and UX

Global Research Manager Ideal Candidate :

• Over 1 year of client-facing or internal stakeholder communication experience
• Business level Japanese and English is mandatory
• Strong multitasking and project management skills
• Experience working toward • Sales or customer success experience is highly desirable
• Experience in operations optimization is a plus
• Multilingual skills (Chinese, Thai, Spanish, etc.) are advantageous or
