As an Operations Methods Engineer, the main missions are as follows :
1 / HSE
- In liaison with TEPNL HSEQ and OPS Department heads, ensure follow up, with regular update and reminders, of the cases / actions assigned to OPS personnel (Audits, Incidents / accidents, REX, improvement plan, etc).
- On behalf of OPS, coordinate actions aiming at resolving integrity threats and Downgraded Situations
2 / Methods - Processes
Upon request and with assistance of Department Heads, promote initiatives to improve efficiency of various processes within OPSCoordinate OPS transverse activities, with regular update to stakeholders3 / Production
Under supervision of the Production Support Manager, coordinate the Production improvement plan, following up on the execution of the associated action and propose scenarios for management arbitration4 / Cost
Under supervision of the Operations Manager and assistance of the Cost Controller, coordinate the Cost optimization plan, following up on the execution of the associated action and propose scenarios for management arbitrationCandidate Profile
Expected qualifications :
Master degree or engineering degree (eg. mechanical, industrial engineer, process, civil or similar)Technical skills :
Oil & gas production basicsBasics of LEAN SIX SIGMA is a plusComputing skills :
Very good knowledge in Microsoft Office package with advanced skill in Excel (including macros and VBA, and power query) and Power PointAdvanced skills in Power BI, including dashboard creation and maintenanceKnowledge of SQL and PI vision is a plusLanguages :
