Are you ready to shape the future of AI? We're hiring dynamic and adaptable professionals for a Flex Team supporting a variety of cutting-edge AI projects. This unique opportunity will have you working on tasks that change and evolve, ensuring every day is exciting and impactful.

About the role :

As part of our Flex Team, you'll contribute to a diverse range of AI projects, including :

Writing or classifying prompts to refine AI responses.

Validating multimedia content such as images and videos.

Speaking with different emotions to train AI communication models.

Engaging in tasks that demand creativity, precision, and adaptability.

What we’re looking for :

Education : Bachelor’s degree or higher (mandatory).

Language skills : Fluent or native Polish skills (C1 / C2) and English at a minimum of B2 level.

Adaptability : Ability to switch between tasks and projects seamlessly.

Attention to Detail : Keen eye for evaluating and improving AI processes.

Communication Skills : Proficiency in delivering content with varied tones and emotions.

Teamwork : Willingness to collaborate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

What we offer :

Fixed monthly salary of €2,800 gross

A €1,000 signing bonus to welcome you to the team.

Relocation support for candidates living more than 50 km from Essen : 2 months of accommodation upon arrival plus up to €250 travel reimbursement
