Technical Specialist – Surface (f / m / d)

Essen | Department : Regional Business Line Parts & Services | Reporting to : Technical Support Manager

The focus is on managing the surface drilling equipment throughout its life cycle. The Technical Specialist - Surface is responsible to deliver exceptional customer service, answering all customer questions and concerns regarding our products and helping them make the most informed buying choice possible. You join customer and sales talks and work with the responsible sales person as a team. You are the first stop for technical questions from employees in the Customer Center, customers and Business follow our vision : "Dare to think new"!
