They are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment efforts for technical and AI-focused roles that will support groundbreaking developments in healthcare and pharmaceuticals.

Role Overview

As a Talent Acquisition Manager , you will play a vital role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring exceptional talent to establish the company’s AI team in Berlin. You will work closely with hiring managers, stakeholders, and HR teams to implement effective recruitment strategies, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for AI and technical roles, including data scientists, machine learning engineers, and software developers.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Develop innovative sourcing methods to attract top-tier talent in the AI and tech sectors.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through direct sourcing, networking, and recruitment platforms.
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates to ensure alignment with technical requirements and company culture.
  • Provide an excellent candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and feedback throughout the hiring process.
  • Leverage data and metrics to track recruitment performance and optimize hiring strategies.
  • Represent the company at industry events, career fairs, and networking sessions to enhance employer branding.
  • Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in hiring practices.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on technical or AI-related roles.
  • Proven ability to source and hire top talent in a competitive market, particularly in the technology or healthcare sectors.
  • Strong understanding of AI and machine learning technologies and their applications in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with hiring managers and senior leadership.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.
  • Right to work in Germany (relocation assistance not available).
