Local ITServices Lead Your Responsibilities : As the Local IT Services TeamLead, you will : Lead and Manage IT Services : Take fullresponsibility for the delivery of local and regional IT services,ensuring they meet business needs and adhere to service agreements.Project Coordination : Coordinate GIS projects and manage ITdemands, changes, incidents, and requests to ensure seamlessservice delivery. Service Optimization : Manage and optimize servicedelivery for IT applications, including change management,releases, and problem management. End-User Support : Act as thefirst and second-level contact for IT support issues, providingtimely solutions and updates. Collaboration : Work closely withbusiness stakeholders and GIS colleagues to ensure services meetbusiness needs, and escalate issues as necessary. Team Leadership : Lead a dedicated team, plan work according to priorities, andfacilitate team meetings to keep operations smooth and efficient.Vendor Relations : Maintain relationships with vendors and strategicpartners to ensure aligned service delivery. Compliance &Security : Ensure all services comply with IT security guidelinesand IT audit processes. Qualifications & Knowledge : To besuccessful in this role, you should have : Education : A Bachelor’sor Master’s degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience orequivalent work experience. Experience : At least 2 years inworkplace or infrastructure management, with strong knowledge of ITsecurity, application management, and service management. Skills& Expertise : ITIL service management knowledge Stronganalytical and troubleshooting skills Proficient in projectmanagement (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) Experience in vendormanagement and IT service delivery Familiarity with internalnetworking and IT infrastructure Leadership : Excellent leadershipabilities with a customer-centric, proactive, and results-drivenmindset. Experience leading teams without direct reporting lines isa plus. Communication : Strong communication, presentation, andinterpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholdersat all levels.
