As a Fund Accountant , you will join the team of a leading financial services company specializing in the management of investment funds. Our client is committed to delivering high-quality, client-focused services while fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. You will be at the forefront of fund accounting operations, contributing to the accurate and timely delivery of financial reports and compliance documentation for a diverse portfolio of funds.

Job Responsabilities :

As a Fund Accountant , your primary responsabilities will include :

  • Fund Accounting : Maintaining accurate records of all fund transactions and preparing periodic financial statements.
  • NAV Calculation : Performing daily, weekly, or monthly Net Asset Value (NAV) calculations to ensure precise fund valuation.
  • Transaction Processing : Monitoring and recording all fund-related transactions, including subscriptions, redemptions, and distributions.
  • Audit Coordination : Collaborating with auditors to ensure seamless and successful audits.
  • Regulatory Reporting : Preparing and submitting reports for regulatory bodies, ensuring compliance with local and international standards.
  • Client Relations : Serving as a point of contact for client inquiries, providing prompt and accurate responses.
  • Compliance Support : Assisting in KYC / AML documentation and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Collaboration : Partnering with portfolio managers, legal teams, and other stakeholders to support fund operations and ensure accuracy.

Candidate Profile :

As a Fund Accountant , you bring the following qualifications :

  • Experience : A minimum of 2-3 years in fund accounting, asset management, or a related field.
  • Technical Expertise : Strong understanding of fund structures, Lux GAAP, and IFRS. Familiarity with alternative investment funds (AIFs) is a plus.
  • Languages : Fluency in English is required; proficiency in French or German is an advantage.
  • Analytical Skills : High proficiency in Excel and a detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • Team Spirit : A proactive and collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
