As a Junior Events & Key Communication Projects Manager (m / f / d) you will play a pivotal role in delivering memorable conventions and events that reflect the spirit of Accor. From planning to execution this dynamic position is your gateway to impactful collaborations and creative opportunities.

Plan and manage largescale conventions and events from conception to completion.
Organize RFPs (Requests for Proposals) for agencies and conduct briefings.
Coordinate with event agencies and internal stakeholders.
Develop and execute 360degree communication projects

Qualifications :

Minimum of 1 year of experience in event planning or communications.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Excellent time management and problemsolving abilities.

Proficiency in interacting with various stakeholders including executives within Accor.
