Want to shape the future of customer engagement and growth At Wolt were looking for talented and driven Software Engineers (Kotlin) to join our growing Engagement group which includes teams working on AdTech Promotions and Wolt. Youll work with Kotlin PostgreSQL Kafka AWS and Kubernetes with some Python in select areas to build scalable inhouse solutions that enhance how users interact with Wolt. Our teams own their platforms endtoend ensuring we deliver seamless and highimpact experiences.

Qualifications :

Experience in Kotlin or other JVMbased languages ( Java Scala ).

Background in backend development with a solid understanding of modern architectures and best practices.

Experience breaking down projects into featurelevel work identifying dependencies and providing estimates.

A problemsolver who enjoys tackling technical challenges and continuously improving solutions.

A team player who values collaboration knowledgesharing and working with business stakeholders.

Fluency in English language

About You

Youve built and shipped softwaremaybe a product a service or a tool used by real users. Youre comfortable working with microservices APIdriven architectures and modern backend technologies. You take initiative asking the right questions to ensure youre building the right solutions and you care about clean maintainable code that performs well in production.

You balance ownership and collaboration knowing when to take charge of a project and when to work closely with your teammates. You bring ideas to the table and welcome feedback always striving for the best technical and business outcomes. Whether youre looking to deepen your expertise or expand your scope you thrive in an environment where learning and impact go hand in hand.
