International Key Account Manager
After a highly successful startup in Vietnam, VinFast has entered the European market. A European marketing, sales, and distribution entity has been established to sell VinFast products.
The initial target markets are Germany, France, and the Netherlands. Corporate offices and showrooms have been established in the three countries, and we are currently looking for an International Key Account Manager.
Reposting to Corporate Sales / B2B Director Europe, your main responsibilities are :
Create, develop, and maintain a portfolio of International B2B customers
Utilize all available tools (e.g., social events, platforms, and 1 : 1 interaction) to develop and maintain a strong client network
Act as the primary point of contact for selected fleet management, leasing accounts, and corporate clients in the area of his / her competence.
Stimulate the demand by visiting, informing, and negotiating with clients regarding VinFast’s fleet proposition.
Drive performance vs. monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets in assigned B2B territory
Develop the business strategies to support sales performance, forecasting, campaign / incentive planning, and client prospecting improvement
Analyze sales results by channel, including post-program analysis of incentive program changes and other go-to-market changes (e.
g., discount levels, communication strategy, etc.)
Organize test drives for potential company car drivers at the workplace or at a VinFast location.
Organize and participate to regional or local events to promote VinFast and increase brand visibility and awareness.
Closely cooperate and coordinate with the rest of the European B2B Sales team, the leadership (e.g., Country Sales Managers), and the delivery / marketing / service functions.
Support the team of B2B locally and train for them to be successful in their role.
Manage and optimize the use of assigned demonstration vehicles for individual test drives and test drive events.
Monitor client lead generation at European level to ensure adequate lead levels to deliver objectives; working with RBU marketing team strategy and execution
Contribute to country sales target and cooperate with local sales director
Additional Tasks / Responsibilities
Stay abreast of VinFast’s market performance relative to VinFast’s competitive set and the overall industry
Evaluate competitive offerings and develop a perspective on the potential impact on performance
Consistent and continuous use of the CRM system for sales activities.
Develop and maintain suite of reports to track activity; utilizing B2B Sales Force tool
Understand and be familiar with all our financial products, vehicles features, and functionalities.
Contribute on the continuous improvement of processes and procedures
Build initiatives to create and support improvements in customer sales satisfaction
Ongoing interaction and collaboration with Europe Sales, Marketing, Aftersales and Customer Experience teams to develop, implement, and measure performance of B2B team
Assist with KPI and target setting for B2B team
Qualifications :
A minimum of 5 years of OEM automotive experience; featuring background in Corporate sales / B2B
Excellent organizational skills and decision-making ability
Proven supervisory, leadership and communication skills
Analytical approach to problem-solving with strong attention to details
Demonstrates relationship-building and communication skills, both in writing and verbally, in local language and English, which were developed through prior work experience in a B2B and sales role
Can-do mindset with high energy and strong work ethic
Naturally interested and believer in the EV Automotive transformation
Travel frequency : High (50% +)
