You can look forward to
- Gathering and communicating the business requirements of our clients to the team
- Preparing and holding meetings, workshops and training activities
- Coordinating and participating in knowledge sharing workshops with our medical underwriters and international client project managers
- Building communities with our international colleagues around the knowledge base development to share knowledge and establish best practices
- Supporting our Knowledge Base team in the development of the rule set, using your experience of agile methodology
You come equipped with
Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in mathematics, physics, data science, medicine or computer scienceSeveral years of experience in medical underwriting with an affinity for AUCS and ruleset developmentExperience in requirements engineering or a similar activityExperience in agile software development (Scrum / Kanban)English at a business fluent level and German at a conversational levelVery good communication skills as well as an international mindset and willingness to go on occasional business tripsConfident and service-oriented approach in dealing with internal and external stakeholdersDon't meet all the requirements?
