Our job opportunity
Today, we are currently recruiting an IT SAP Functional Support / SD (Sales and Distribution) - MM (Materials Management).
Your responsibilities
Your daily tasksSupporting SAP SD / MM module : end-to-end Procurement, Materials management, sales order process, outbound delivery and billingSupporting PTP, OTC processes in production including order created thru interfacing systems, IDoc monitoring and error analysisSupporting table look up, queries, outputs, pricing, table directories etc.Writing functional spec documents, testing PTP and OTC processes end to end and proposing enhancement objects within PTP and OTC processWorking with cross-functional teams, development teams on requirements validation, testing coordination and test data setupDeveloping new reports for the Business needsPerforming initial Analysis for all fallouts and creating defects to track all errors to resolutionPrioritizing key activities based on complexity and customer impactPlanning and performing testing for the fixes before deploy into productionIdentifying process improvements to minimize manual effort / falloutsDeveloping play books / e-learnings for order to cash process for business process stabilizationBeing the contact person in case of specific questions on SAP and bring his expertise to maximize the use and efficiency of SAP on the budget management of the companyOrganizing support with external companiesCoordinating and following up on internal user’s requestsYour other missionsFollowing up on SAP maintenance and license renewal contractsParticipating in the integration of new employeesParticipating in waste sorting and energy saving through responsible behaviorThe required profile
Studies / training
Master’s degree in IT or relevant experience in a similar position
Experience
5 years’ successful experience in an equivalent position
