The OperationsPlant Controller (d / f / m) is responsible for oversight ofall aspects of finance support for F&B Operations Manufacturingas well as providing guidance and oversight within the BusinessUnit to the site controllers including month end results,budgeting, forecasting, and developing leader who partner with thebusiness.

This position ispart of the Operations FinanceTeam and will be located at our location in Bad Kreuznach, Germany Manufacturing Site withapproximately 30 %travelling.

In thisrole, you will have the opportunityto :

Serves asstrategic business partner for F&B BU Operations Leader in theareas of operations, manufacturing, and supply chain.

Linking theBU and Operations to provide one version of the truth to drivealignment and clarity across all constituents related toperformance measures and areas ofopportunity

Drivemanufacturing annual budget process and provides financialoversight and guidance F&B finance personnel at themanufacturing plantlevel

Manages process andreview in the region for the consolidation and analysis related toall aspects of manufacturing cost control, production / manufacturing variances, overhead absorption as well as other keydrivers of balance sheet, cash flow, such as inventory and capitalspending.

Provide leadership to F&B Operations Leadershipfor performing BU wide review of all variances and other cost ofsales elements;

indirect spend; and productivitymetrics

Ensures thateffective internal controls are in place to ensure compliance withUS GAAP and applicable federal, state and local regulatory laws andrules for financial reporting as well as the protection of companyassets

Increaseseffectiveness of financial operations by recruiting, selecting,orienting, and developing direct report leaders; communicatingvalues, strategies, and objectives;

assigning accountabilities;planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; developing aclimate of balancing business partnerships while challengingbusiness decisions, and providing developmental opportunities forstaff

Theessential requirements of the jobinclude :

Degree inaccounting and finance with several years of financial managementexperience

Excellent workingknowledge and approaches to analyzing manufacturingresults

Significant P&Lactivity with a large technology, scientific, and / or manufacturingbusiness

Knowledge of USGAAP accounting principles andpractices

Prior provenpeople leadershipexperience

Itwould be a plus if you also possess previous experiencein :

MBA and / or CPAa plus

Knowledge of SAP avery strong plus

Knowledgeof HFM a plus

Understandingof and experience with SOX documentation and audits aplus
