Your Role
- Proactively develop and implement an innovative, competitive and economically sustainable product range and a corresponding portfolio strategy for the responsible product segment “Health”
- Monitor revenue and profit development and sales activities of the product range in the field of responsibility and develop and set corrective actions accordingly
- Define the product range of existing and innovative products
- Work closely together with peer teams of R&D, Marketing, Pricing and Sales to communicate innovations of the product groups
- Thoroughly analyze markets in order to find new opportunities in regard to raw materials, technologies, concepts and products
- Continuously push Idea to Market projects proposing new ideas in terms of product ranges to fill gaps in the current portfolio
- Drive multi-disciplinary projects through horizontal leadership and coordination skills among different areas to conclude projects on time
- Actively monitor markets & competitors through portfolio benchmarking and prepare competitive analysis
Your Profile
Several years of experience in the field of product management in the dairy, beverage or food industry ideally in dealing with Health & Nutrition ingredientsSuccessfully completed degree in food technology, general business administration, biotechnology or a similar qualificationStrong analytical and conceptual skills and a structured, effective and responsible style of workingHands-on experience in project and time managementMotivation to drive the business to excellence in a new and challenging environmentFluent in English and GermanConvincing and enthusiastic communication and presentation skills at all business levels, ability to work independently as well as in a teamA result-driven, entrepreneurial and self-motivated personalityWillingness to travel internationallyYour Benefits
