- Developing and executing your sales plans / strategy to acieve the global company targets
- Willing to travel (EMEA / global)
- First experience in leading a team is nice to have
- Fluent in German and English
- Assisting with the launch of new products in the cosmetics ingredient industry
- Manage Key Accounts and Distribution partners / identify possible customers and partner
- Represent the company at trade shows and conferences
Ihr Profil
- Backgroud in the specialty chemical industry, especially in personal care / cosmetic chemistry is necessary
- Proven track record of (international) sales experience
- Entrepreneurial spirit and able to understand and deliver on customers needs
- Experience in developing and cooperate with distribution partners
