We're looking for a motivated, proactive, and organized full-time assistant to join us and efficiently support the management in day-to-day operations.
- Fluency in German is required.
- Berlin (Hybrid) - soon moving a centrally located office).

Tasks
- Calendar and meeting management : Oversee the calendar, schedule appointments, and act as a central hub for internal and external communication
- Administrative and logistical support : Travel planning and booking. Preparation and follow-up of documents, reports, and presentations for meetings
- General office management : Processing mail, ordering food, planning team events, and handling unforeseen office needs
- Project Assistance : Drive project success with strategic solutions
Requirements
- Experience in a similar role in a dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and people skills and a positive, outgoing personality
- Strong work ethic with a focus on solutions
- Great organizational and problem solving skills
- Enjoy working in a team + like helping
- Are confident using Google Workspace & MS Office
