With the support of Zuzanna our seasoned Marketing Lead you will pioneer our marketing efforts creating a significant impact on our growth in Qontos most rapidly expanding market This pivotal role requires a high level of proficiency in both German and English to effectively strategize and communicate our mission

As a Marketing Manager at Qonto you will :

Design and execute strategic marketing campaigns tailored to the German market focusing on the B2B segment Collaborate closely with product marketing SEO digital marketing CRM demand generation sales and partnership teams to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns Manage projects rigorously ensuring timely delivery and highquality results while coordinating with both local and central teams for localization and alignment with global initiatives Analyze campaign performance and adapt strategies as necessary to ensure continuous improvement and achievement of KPIs Foster a creative and analytical approach to marketing continuously exploring new channels and tactics to engage our target audience

About You :

Languages : You have a high level of proficiency in German and English French Spanish or Italian would be a plus Experience : You have a proven track record in designing and executing successful marketing campaigns in the German market preferably within the SaaS fintech or similar B2B business models Project Management : Your project management skills are topnotch enabling you to deliver complex projects on time and within budget Digital Marketing : You possess a deep understanding of digital marketing across various channels and are proficient in marketing automation tools and analytics Stakeholder Management : Your excellent communication skills make you a master at stakeholder management ensuring smooth collaboration across teams Creativity : You are creative analytical and always looking for innovative ways to engage with your audience
