Full Stack Software Engineer (fmd)

Founded in late 2024 Omnisent is a Munich-based acoustic AI company developing next-generation sensing systems that turn sound into real-time intelligence. The team combines deep expertise in physics machine learning and mechanical engineering united by a mission to unlock the untapped intelligence of the acoustic world.

At the core of Omnisents innovation are ultra-low-power sonic devices and the companys Large Acoustic Model (LAM) a foundation model trained on the complex world of non-speech audio. This unique combination enables the real-time detection classification and localization of acoustic events whether identifying drones in contested airspace or tracing air leaks in manufacturing systems.

Tasks

• Build beautiful intuitive web applications and dashboards that transform complex sensor networks into actionable insights.
• Develop backend services and APIs for device provisioning fleet management OTA updates and secure data access.
• Collaborate with external UI / UX and engineering partners to translate concepts into production-ready systems.
• Implement secure user provisioning and access control including encryption and role-based permissions.
• Architect and operate cloud infrastructure powering Omnisents platform including storage APIs authentication and observability.
• Develop internal tools for test automation debugging and quality workflows.
• Work closely with embedded RF and AI teams to deliver seamless deviceclouduser integrations.
• Contribute to CI / CD pipelines and maintain high reliability across production environments.
