We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager (f / m / d) to join our People & Culture team and play a crucial role in shaping our hiring strategy. This role will be responsible for recruiting top talent across all departments, with a strong focus on Sales. Depending on your level of seniority, you will own the hiring strategy or work closely with our Head of P&C to develop and implement it.

We are not in a hyper-growth phase, but we will grow steadily this year.

Tasks

  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer acceptance, ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate journey.
  • Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand hiring needs, refine job descriptions, and create effective interview processes.
  • Train and guide hiring managers on interview best practices, ensuring structured and inclusive hiring decisions.
  • Build a strong employer brand by driving an exceptional candidate experience, engaging with talent communities and enhance our online presence.
  • Proactively source top talent through multiple channels, including direct outreach, networking, and partnerships.
  • Utilize data and metrics to refine and optimize recruitment strategies.
  • Work closely with the Head of People & Culture to shape our hiring philosophy and drive continuous improvement in our processes.
  • Support the implementation of our new ATS (HiBob Hiring)

Requirements

  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting in a startup or fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to coach and train hiring managers on interviewing techniques and best practices.
  • Passion for delivering an outstanding candidate experience and building strong relationships.
  • Strong sourcing skills with experience using LinkedIn, ATS tools, and other talent platforms.
  • Fluency in German is required.
  • Experience hiring for Sales and SDR roles is highly preferred.
  • Data-driven mindset, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, evolving environment with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
