Drive pre-audit planning and perform analyses to ensure that all risks and controls are identified , with a focus on export controls, trade embargos , and the interface to IT.

Design and execute comprehensive audits following the agile audit methodology to address identified risks.

Independently drive assurance objectives , define, and align conclusions and recommend areas for improvement to inspire change in the organization.

Use analytical skills to identify root causes of observations and use your digital attitude to drive digitalization in the audit environment and prepare Siemens for future challenges.

Manage global client contacts to strengthen the Assurance team’s position as a trusted business partner and advisor.

L e ad closing meetings and discussions with management presenting observations, conclusions, and next steps from the engagement.

Your qualifications

Long- sta n ding solid working experience preferably in audit or in areas related to compliance within Siemens, related industries, government agency or ‘Big Four’ / consulting business advisory practice

University qualification ( Master degree) preferably in one of these areas : business, law, engineering or IT

Intensive experience in one of the following or similar areas : Trade Compliance, Project / Commercial Project Management, Digitalization, SCM, or Strategy

Solid theoretical and practical experience (Expert knowledge) of U.S. export control laws including OFAC and BIS regulations and EU is a plus

Strong agile leadership and / or project management expertise in a complex global organization

Preference towards candidates that have worked in an international business setting and have experiences in working and communicating with multiple cultures

Fluent in English; German is a plus; additional languages are an advantage

Flexibility to travel internationally as well as to live / embrace our hybrid working culture
