Preferred Qualifications
- Act as a strategic partner to site leadership, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives
- Develop and implement the HR strategy for the Weilburg site
- Collaborate effectively with works councils and unions to ensure smooth labor relations
- Lead change management initiatives , organizational development, and cultural transformation
- Provide HR reporting and analytics to support data-driven decision-making
- Contribute to regional and global HR projects with cross-functional teams
- Design and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention
- Advise on employee relations and labor law matters with confidence and clarity
- Ensure compliance with German labor regulations and manage internal / external audits
- Lead and develop the local HR team , fostering growth and performance
- Collaborate with global HR Centers of Excellence in Learning & Development, Compensation, Inclusion, Legal, and Communications
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in an HR leadership roleSolid knowledge of German labor law and experience with works councilsFluent in both German and English (written and spoken)Degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldDemonstrable experience in organisational change and process optimizationStrong analytical skills and experience with HR data and metricsAbility to thrive in a multifaceted, matrixed organizationHigh level of integrity, fairness, and eye for businessBe aware of potentially fraudulent job postings or suspicious recruiting activity by persons that are currently posing as KLA employees.
