Insight into your tasks :

Evaluation of new hardware and processes in the hospital environment

Active participation in the further development of clinic-wide hardware support

Coordination of introductions, relocations and rollouts

Commissioning and support of IT hardware such as PCs, printers, multifunctional devices and peripherals

Support with configuration and setup

Fault diagnosis and repair of small and large devices and IT clients

Advice and instruction for internal customers

Your profile :

You have completed training as an electronics technician for information and systems technology or specializing in information and telecommunications technology, information electronics technician, IT specialist for system integration (m / f / d) or have corresponding qualifications from your previous professional experience

Good knowledge of common IT hardware

Good knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and applications

Open-minded for customer contacts

Good communication skills, both written and spoken

You have the ability to work independently, in a service-oriented, goal-oriented and team-oriented manner
