  • Product Innovation : As a Product Manager for Scalables Digital Wealth Management offering you will play a pivotal role in shaping marketleading product initiatives that delight both our retail clients and B2B partners.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams and a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders to develop and deliver innovative solutions that effectively address the needs of the financial landscape.
  • Product Strategy & Roadmap Development : Define and execute a clear product strategy and roadmap that aligns with client needs and company goals.
  • EndtoEnd Product Ownership : Take full ownership of the product development process from discovery to launch ensuring highquality delivery of solutions that solve challenging problems.
  • Stakeholder Coordination : Engage and coordinate efforts with internal teams external partners and regulatory bodies to facilitate seamless integration and compliance with capital market standards.
  • Resource Management : Effectively manage resources create detailed timelines and monitor dependencies across multiple teams to ensure timely and successful product delivery.
  • CrossFunctional Collaboration : Lead integrations with other Scalable Capital services ensuring that all product offerings are cohesive and enhance the overall client experience.
  • Agile Methodologies : Utilize agile methodologies to drive product development facilitating regular ceremonies including sprint planning retrospectives and crossteam syncs to enhance collaboration and transparency.
  • Market Analysis & Competitor Insights : Conduct ongoing market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and maintain a strong understanding of industry trends.

    • Qualifications :

    • Passion for technology finance and digital products
    • Experience in product management ideally in the capital markets or banking domains
    • Experience in building highly scalable & reliable cloudnative microservicebased technology platforms
    • Strong analytical thinking leveraging both quantitative and qualitative data to drive decisions
    • Utmost attention to detail and a culture of excellence
    • Excellent communication skills that are clear concise and targeted towards your audience software engineer stakeholder or executive
    • A great understanding of and focus on customer problems and needs
    • Handson mentality : from ideation and research to prototype and user story you can handle it
    • Experience with common agile working tools like Jira Confluence Figma and similar applications
    • Excellent English communication skills (German is advantageous but not necessary)
