About the role :
As a Business Development Representative at RoomRaccoon, you will be instrumental in advancing our mission by proactively engaging with hoteliers. You will demonstrate how our platform can significantly transform their business operations.
Tasks
Nurturing and Managing Outbound Leads
Regularly follow up on and nurture outbound leads to keep potential clients engaged.
Utilize CRM to effectively manage and track interactions with prospects.
Analyze market and tailor strategies to increase conversion rates.
Proactive Engagement and Marketing to Prospects
Initiate contact with potential clients through various channels, including phone, email, and social media.
Understand and articulate the value proposition clearly to spark interest among prospects.
Identify and leverage industry trends and insights to engage in meaningful conversations with potential clients.
Strategic Creation and Management of Email Campaigns
Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to attract and nurture leads.
Test and optimize email content and delivery strategies to improve open rates and engagement.
Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to enhance future campaigns.
Promoting Growth in Outbound Initiatives
Develop and implement strategies to expand the outreach program, focusing on innovative tactics to reach and engage target markets.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align outbound initiatives with overall business goals.
Continuously seek out new opportunities and channels for outreach to broaden the prospect base.
