Your mission

• You act as the central point of contact for business stakeholders and define implementation strategies for large industrial customers
• You are responsible for implementing interfaces as well as connecting and integrating SAP and PLM data
• From proof of concept to full rollout you ensure the successful execution of customer integrations
• After implementation you serve as the primary contact for all IT-related questions from your customers
• You continuously analyze and further develop our onboarding processes in close collaboration with the software development team
• You ensure a structured and successful handover of integrated customers to the responsible internal teams
