Amazon is seeking driven andanalytical New Account Managers to join our EU Marketplace Exportteam. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for recruitingand growing online sellers on Amazon's platforms, helping themexpand their businesses to new heights.

Keyjob responsibilities

As a New Account Manager, you willbe a key driver of new business recruitment, growth and revenuegeneration. Operating in a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment,you will have full ownership of delivering measurable business andfinancial objectives.

Your primary focus willbe to analyze sales and traffic data to identify growthopportunities for our sellers. You will leverage your competitiveintelligence to generate leads and successfully onboard new sellersonto Amazon's global marketplace.

Simultaneously, you will workclosely with internal stakeholders across organizations toconsolidate existing services and develop new offerings that caterto the evolving needs of our sellercommunity.

  • Hit the ground running to achieveambitious business and financial goals that'll directly impact thesuccess of our sellers
  • Become a detective, diving deepinto sales and traffic data to uncover opportunities to improve theoverall Marketplace experience
  • Get your hands dirtytackling complex challenges - from diagnosing the root causes ofseller performance issues to developing tailored strategies forspecific product segments
  • Spearhead projects to enhancecustomer and seller experience, partnering with cross-functionalinternal and external teams

BASICQUALIFICATIONS

  • 6 months to 3 years of relatedexperience
  • German & English language fluency isessential
  • Excellent written and verbal communicationskills; able to explain complex concepts simply
  • Abilityto work with wide range of people at all decision-makinglevels
  • Experience solving analytical problems, eitherin professional experience (data analysis) oreducation.
  • Computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook,PowerPoint)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Management,Engineering or related degreerequired

PREFERREDQUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in sales, businessdevelopment, management consulting or product management.
  • Experience in e-commerce or retail.
  • Database Structure Query Language (SQL) is aplus
