Are you ready to shape the future of our SAP landscape while working with world-leading sports and outdoor brands? Join us as SAP Basis Manager and play a key role in designing, securing, and optimizing our global systems—all while collaborating with passionate teams across the world.

Tasks

  • Designing technical architecture within the SAP landscape (cloud and private cloud).
  • Managing external operations teams of our hosting partner and SAP cloud operations unit.
  • Designing SAP patching and upgrade strategies.
  • Collaborating with the Infrastructure Team on network architecture and with the CSRM team on SAP security architecture and processes.
  • Designing and managing project landscapes (tenants, clients).
  • Collaborating with the SAP support teams in Krakow and Mexico to standardize and improve SAP Basis operations processes.
  • Acting as the point of contact for the future EAM Team, providing SAP Basis technical expertise.

Requirements

  • Over five years of hands-on experience as an SAP Basis Manager.
  • Strong knowledge of the latest SAP technologies.
  • Ability to present complex concepts with clarity and precision.
  • Eagerness to take ownership of projects and responsibilities, driving personal and professional growth.
  • Experience working in diverse, international settings or with global teams.
  • Excellent communication skills for clearly conveying ideas and collaborating with various stakeholders.
