Your tasks
You work in close cooperation with a team of experts on improving our robots’ manipulation and perception system
You develop and optimize algorithms for image processing, (3D) camera-based object segmentation, and robot manipulation
You develop machine learning algorithms for the robot perception and manipulation behaviors
Your profile
You finished your Master or PhD in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or comparable studies
You have 3+ years of relevant experience developing perception and manipulation algorithms and working with robots
You have the ability to write production-ready code in C++ and Python
Your in-depth knowledge of the state of the art in image processing and computer vision is convincing
You have experience with integrating and calibrating different optical sensors into a ROS-based system
Ideally you have … experience working in a team that has shipped products … experience with machine learning methods
You are proficient in English, some German knowledge is a plus
