Description
- Prepare monthly and quarterly fee calculations for clients, ensuring adherence to deadlines.
- Reconcile assets under management (AUM) based on client-provided statements.
- Review and configure fee structures and distributor networks within internal systems, based on client -agreements and information.
- Verify the accuracy of fee calculations and payments, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and controls.
- Address and resolve client queries related to fee calculations, agreements, and payments.
- Prepare various files for financial purposes, such as monthly provision files, payment interfaces, and reports on fees paid quarterly.
Profile
Bachelor’s or University degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance.Strong attention to detail with an analytical mindset.Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel; VBA programming skills are a plus.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Customer-oriented with a proactive and results-driven attitude.Highly organized with a keen focus on accuracy.Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.Team-oriented, punctual, disciplined, innovative, and positive-thinking.Fluent in both English and French.Offer
