Your Role :

As a mid to senior level Corporate Lawyer, you will be involved in a wide range of technically challenging and international matters, including :

Advising high-profile international clients on corporate and transactional matters

Drafting and negotiating complex corporate documentation

Working on cross-border transactions and strategic projects

Acting as a trusted advisor in close collaboration with Partners

Taking ownership of files while remaining supported by a strong and accessible team

Your Profile :

Qualified lawyer with solid experience in corporate law

Mid to senior level, with the ability to work autonomously on files

Strong technical skills and intellectual curiosity

Comfortable in an international and client-facing environment

Pragmatic, reliable, and quality-driven
