Purpose of job
Support customers by answering product and service questions, process orders and fulfil customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
Job responsibilities
- Identify customer requirements
- Communicating operational standards, ensuring adherence to Customer Service Team guidelines
- Responsible for tasks such as order processing, ensuring lead time to our customers, cross department communication e.g. with accounting department, QA department, sales forces
- Ensure high quality customer communication to achieve the highest customer satisfaction
- Communication with respective Sales representatives to solve special customer requirements and issues and solve discrepancies within the order process
