Senior Category Manager Italy (mfd)

About your tasks

• Manage and optimize the product portfolio developing assortment and market positioning strategies
• Ensure category targets are met improving product presentation with a customer-centric approach
• Define and manage key performance targets in collaboration with different stakeholders ensuring strategic alignment and continuous optimization of category performance
• Oversee strategic and operational projects collaborating with different departments to enhance category performance
• Monitor and analyze market trends to refine and adapt category strategies
• Lead and develop the Category Management team for Italy providing strategic direction and support

Qualifications :

About you

• Academic background in Business Administration Marketing or a related field
• Strong experience (min. 5 years) in Category Management experience in e-commerce
• Analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic constantly changing environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills capable of engaging with stakeholders at various organizational levels in Italian as well as English
• (At least first) Professional leadership experience
• You can work remotely a lot if you like but are able and willing to come to our office in either Berlin or Cologne several days a month
