Kubernetes Engineer/Consultant

Our client is one of the leading cloud services providers in Germany. They build, run and secure apps on one Secure App platform and support cloud migration initiatives. They are looking for an enthusiastic individual who can plan, design and implement large scale enterprise solutions.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Plan, design and implement large scale enterprise solutions
• Enjoy building and securely shipping working apps
• Work in the open source community, help others and ask for help
• Develop Helm Charts and contribute the work to the community
• Help our customers to use the cloud-native stack and take their services infrastructure to the next level
• You are willing to travel for business purposes

What You'll Bring to the Role:

• 3+ years' experience of working on large scale distributed systems
• Significant experience in designing secure distributed solutions
• Excellent knowledge of Kubernetes or Mesos (DC/OS) or Docker Swarm or Cloud Foundry
• Experience with Ansible, Terraform, SaltStack or CloudFormation
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Degree in a relevant technical field; additional certification such as CKA (Certified Kubernetes Administrator, coming soon) will be bonus
• Good knowledge of German and English
