Working Student: Radar Application Engineering (w/m/div)
We are one of the 15% most sustainable companies in the world. Do you love technology and working on new product with customers?
Do you enjoy being innovative and support the next generation of automotive applications while helping us to make life easier, safer and greener?
Then we are looking forward to your application! According to international regulations, it will soon become mandatory to equip cars with in-cabin monitoring systems (ICMS) that can detect if people are present in the car, and also determine their age and health status by vital sign estimation.
At Infineon, we are building an ICMS demonstrator that uses Infineon's 60 GHz radar sensors and our AURIX microcontrollers that contain dedicated radar signal processing hardware.
Join us in developing this demonstrator!
- Passion for technology : You learn about AURIX microcontrollers and how they can be used in customer's radar applications
- Experience research : You help building an in-cabin monitoring systems (ICMS) demonstrator that uses Infineon's 60 GHz radar sensors and our AURIX microcontrollers that contain dedicated radar signal processing hardware
- Take part in development : You implement and optimize radar signal processing flows on our microcontrollers, utilizing the controllers radar data processing features, in the C programming language
- Data is everything : You will also use MATLAB to visualize and analyze radar datasets
- Study field : You are currently studying Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Computer Science or similar
- Skills : You are skilled in C programming language
- Experience : You already possess previous experience with microcontroller programming ( Arduino), would be a plus
- Interests : You are interested in microcontrollers, radar, signal processing and machine learning / AI
- Language skills : You have good English skills, both written and spoken
Please attach the following documents to your application :
- CV in English
- Certificate of enrollment at university
- Latest grades transcript (not older than 6 months)
- High school report
