Your responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced (senior) expert Learning & Development for ERP Implementation (S / 4 HANA) to support our enablement initiatives in SAP technologies. You will work independently within a project team, ensuring the successful implementation of the end to end enablement process, including e.g. learning needs analysis, enablement activities, hypercare measures.
- Conduct learning and development needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements related to SAP S / 4HANA across the organization
- Develop and execute an enablement program aligned with groupwide goals for thousands of SAP End Users
- Collaborate with senior leadership, IT, the workstreams “Core Business” and “Management Support Functions”, workers council and other relevant stakeholders
- Ensure that training materials and enablement measures meet RWE business needs
- Identify key performance indicators to measure the impact of SAP training initiatives
Your profile
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Human Resources or a related fieldExperience in designing & managing enablement programsStrong understanding of adult learning principles & learning designExcellent communication and interpersonal skills & familiarity with e-learning platforms, learning management systemsStrong analytical and project management skillsBusiness fluent language skills in English and German are necessaryAdvantageous, but not a must
Knowledge of SAP S / 4HANA is helpful but not essentialOur offer
