Key Responsibilities
Handle customer orders : order entry in QAD, shipment coordination, invoicing and documentationRespond to customer inquiries and complaints via phone and email in a professional mannerSupport sales and internal teams with product information, forecasts, and stock monitoringManage customer master data in QAD and Office systemsHandle transport-related insurance claimsCoordinate with Sales, Logistics, Finance, and Management across daily operationsSupport reporting, data organization, and ad-hoc administrative tasksAct as backup support within a small team and contribute to process improvementsIdeal Candidate
Experience in customer service, sales administration, order processing, or supply chain rolesStrong customer-oriented mindset and ability to multitaskConfident communicator with internal and external stakeholdersProficient in Microsoft OfficeBusiness-level EnglishJapanese and / or German language skills are an advantageERP experience (QAD or SAP) preferredComfortable working in a small team with broad responsibilities
