Role background
To accelerate further and optimise our existing core business with large restaurant chains we are looking for a Global Enterprise Account Manager Restaurants to strengthen our team.
In this role you support driving commercial efforts for our biggest multinational restaurant partners across markets. You will work as part of a newly emerging global team to ensure we give our most strategic restaurant partners the biggest value from our technology solutions. In this role you will combine experiences in enterprise sales and analytical performance management with commercial and operational excellence to grow and optimize our partners businesses.
The Global Enterprise Account Manager Restaurants is responsible for three dimensions of our Enterprise partnership engagement :
Supporting deal optimizations in collaboration with local account teams
Ensuring commercial excellence to help our partners grow with our platform
Monitoring operational performance and identify improvement potentials excellence
What youll be doing
Offer support and insights during contractual negotiation and facilitate internal buyin
Build trustbased working relationships with restaurant enterprise accounts
Ensure coordination between local Enterprise account managers who work with global restaurant chains to make sure theyre all in line with our competitive and commercial goals.
Contribute to Wolts enterprise partnerships playbooks sales and account management materials and toolkits for local markets.
Leverage data to identify improvement potential and take ownership in driving commercial and operational excellence on a daytoday basis.
Be part of strengthening and expanding our global Enterprise team as we grow
Qualifications :
A proven track record in strategically managing and growing commercial partnerships with 8 years of business development or sales experience
Experience in developing and implementing new ways of working towards operational and commercial excellence in a global organization preferably in the Technology Retail or Food sector
Great commercial skills you have sharp instincts for the right opportunities but are equally comfortable modeling and articulating the P&L impact.
You have strong analytical financial and commercial acumen and are able to quickly identify performance issues and derive actionable insights.
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
