About the team
We are strengthening our team in FCT Controlling Transformation at our Friedrichshafen location. Our international team, governs, coordinates, and conducts various tasks in the area of financial management reporting, strategic and operational business planning.
What you can look forward to as Head of Financial Management System (m / f / d)
- Manages the enhancement and adaption of the Financial Management System (FMS) based on business requirements
- Supports projects regarding FMS requirements and ensures a consistent development of FMS
- Interface to Corporate Accounting / Treasury for all conceptual developments related to the financial steering system
- Governs, develops the Financial Statement of FMS and manages the translation of the Financial Statement towards processes, system & reporting
- Governs & develops concept and content of all relevant financial KPI within the framework of FMS
- Develops & prepares the COIN training
- Prepares & contributes to slide decks for committees (SB, BOM FEG, C-COM)
- Assures audit-proof process & documentation
Your Profile as Head of Financial Management System (m / f / d)
- Completed degree in business administration / economics or comparable university degree, multiple years of professional experience and extensive knowledge in the area of controlling / accounting / corporate management
- Experience in project management, persistence, and implementation orientation
- Independent, systematic way of working and strong analytical skills
- High flexibility, reliability, and resilience
- International & intercultural competence as well as strong communication skills in an international environment (German / English)
- Willingness to travel
