Your Responsibilities :
Close collaboration with our Loyalty and Program SpecialistMaintenance of contact details / information on the Corning website and customer portalsSupporting the preparation and follow-up of regular training and events e.g. creation & distribution of training certificatesProcessing of administrative day to day tasks e.g. invoicing, contractsPreparation of event material and product samplesOur Requirements :
You are currently enrolled at university, preferably in the field of business administration or a comparable degree programme >a specialisation in marketing is an advantage
You work carefully and in a structured manner, even if several projects are running in parallelYou have good organisational, communication and planning skillsYou have a good eye for detailYou have very good German and English skills (written and oral)You can work 20 h / week during the semester and 40 h during the semester breakWe offer :
