We Speaker Connection GmbH & Co. KG are a successful German company specializing in the development and manufacturing of custom OEM speakers for the PA sound system sector. As a development partner we work closely with internationally renowned customers to create innovative and successful products for their brands which are then produced in our manufacturing facility in China.

Our services range from speaker development and optimization to enclosures amplifiers DSPs external certifications manufacturing shipping and comprehensive lifecycle management. Our headquarters in Solingen NRW is easily accessible from Dsseldorf Cologne and Wuppertal.

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Sales / Order Processing Clerk (f / m / d Onsite Parttime Permanent Position) to support our small but efficient team. Tasks

  • Order processing (order entry quote creation coordination with the internal sales team).
  • Managing national and international customers from order intake to completion.
  • Invoice verification and posting.
  • Communicating with customers via phone email and other digital platforms.
  • Supporting our international product and sales managers with creating quotes and order confirmations.
  • Close collaboration with our international team.

Requirements

  • Strong English skills both written and spoken which you can confidently apply in daily work.
  • Ideally you bring nativelevel Mandarin Chinese language skills.
  • Deficiencies in the German language are not a problem if compensated by appropriate English or Chinese language skills (90% of external communication is conducted in English).
  • You are Best in Class when it comes to goal orientation and customer service.
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Good knowledge of Outlook Office products and modern communication tools.
  • Ideally you have experience with ERP systems preferably Bro.
