The Head of Product will lead our product vision,development, and growth, focusing on delivering a cohesive,high-quality product and brand experience across every stage of thecustomer journey.

In this role, you will shape anentertainment ecosystem that connects deeply with end-users andmeets the evolving needs of our B2B partners worldwide. You willensure that every aspect of the experience—from materials and demosto product interactions—is aligned, consistent, andimpactful.

You’ll also lead the integration of AIacross our products, bringing a strategic view on leveraging thistechnology best to drive meaningful innovation. With aforward-looking perspective, you'll help shape the future ofentertainment, including areas like in-car entertainment andimmersive experiences powered by smart glasses and XRheadsets.

Duties &Responsibilities

In this leadership role, you’llbe responsible for :

  • Creating aSeamless Product & Brand Experience—You'll ensure that ourproducts deliver a consistent, customer-centered experience fromstart to finish, making sure that every feature and interaction isboth valuable and sustainable.
  • Setting andCommunicating Product Vision—Define and articulate a clear productdirection that aligns with company goals and supports the long-termsuccess of our customers. Keep a pulse on market trends andcustomer needs, ensuring that the vision reflects how our productswill enable our B2B clients to deliver value to their end-users foryears to come. Translate this vision into a roadmap that inspiresand guides the team while fostering innovation and sustainablegrowth.
  • Leading and Growing the ProductTeam—Develop and mentor a team aligned with our strategic goals,fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and ownership.Your guidance will ensure team growth and readiness to meet futuredemands.
  • Envisioning the Future ofEntertainment – Develop a strategic vision for new frontiers inentertainment, from in-car systems to immersive experiences withsmart glasses and XR. With B2B and B2C insight, you’ll anticipateand shape the evolving ways of the business of Telco, Operator, andCarmaker customers and how to excite their customers with anengaging experience.
  • Driving AI-PoweredInnovation – Lead the thoughtful integration of AI across ourproduct portfolio to create value-driven, innovative solutions thatmake our products smarter and more adaptable. This includesexploring AI’s full potential beyond specific use cases likepersonalization or conversationalinterfaces.
  • Guiding Product Development –Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring valuable featuresto life on our 3Ready product platform. You’ll remove obstacles,ensure alignment across departments, and keep development ontrack.
  • Preparing for Market—Work closely withinternal stakeholders to prepare our products for successful marketentry. You’ll coordinate with sales, marketing, and solutionpartners to ensure a smooth path from development to launch,setting the stage for delivering seamless experiences across anyscreen.

Responsibilities within theOrganization

In this strategic and hands-onrole, you will ensure that both the 3Ready product platform andindividual projects meet our standards for excellence, bringingmeasurable value to both our business and ourcustomers :

  • Supporting Revenue andPricing – Collaborate with Sales to develop revenue-generatingstrategies that fuel our product’s growth while meeting marketdemands.
  • Driving Continuous Improvement – Usecustomer insights and product data to identify and prioritize areasfor ongoing improvement, ensuring our offerings remain valuable andrelevant over time.
  • Overseeing the entireproduct lifecycle, you’ll ensure that each feature and functionserves both our customers and our business objectives. Your keytasks include :
  • Understanding CustomerNeeds – Engage in continuous exploration and research to keep astrong understanding of customer needs, both for our B2B clientsand end-users, and use this understanding to guide productdecisions.
  • Creating and Updating the ProductRoadmap – Align and communicate the roadmap with both internal teamand customers, ensuring everyone is informed and aligned with theproduct’s direction to create value.
  • ManagingWorkflow and Prioritization – Partner with the product team toprioritize features that bring the most value, keeping developmentfocused and on track.
  • Partnering withTechnology Teams – Work with engineers and architects to understandcurrent capabilities and future technical needs. While not drivingtechnical decisions, the Head of Product collaborates as acounterpart to ensure feasible, efficient, and strategic technicalsolutions.
  • Preparing Stakeholders for Success –Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Solution Partners to equipthem with the knowledge they need to communicate product valueeffectively, enabling seamless productadoption.

  • Experience with digitalentertainment, Live TV, or Video on Demand (VoD)services.
  • Experience with emerging technologiesin entertainment, such as in-car systems, smart glasses, andXR.
  • Familiarity with tools like JIRA,Confluence, and Figma.
