UI / UX Lead

Salary : 55.000 - 75.000 EUR per year

Requirements :

• At least 5 years of professional experience as an UI / UX Lead
• Outstanding UI / UX portfolio
• Great knowledge of UI design tools like Sketch, Photoshop or Illustrator
• Great knowledge about designing for web and mobile, especially Material Design
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to discuss and explain design options
• Ability to lead, take initiative, and motivate others
• Plan, develop, and deploy design solutions
• Knowledge of Usability Factors in Human Computer Interaction
• Excellent English skills
• Understanding of modern UX and keeping up with the UX trends

Responsibilities :

Build and lead your UI / UX team

Plan and implement new UI / UX designs

Optimize existing user interface designs

Test for an intuitive design experience

Be our direct peer to new customer projects

Communicate with clients to understand their business goals and objectives

Develop technical and business requirements and always strive to deliver intuitive and user-centered solutions

Develop visuals for our appearances and campaigns

Create digital prototypes

Use agile methodologies in development

Conduct an ongoing user research

Continually improve your skills

Define the look and feel of new products

Take responsibility for the final product, product features, etc.

Lead developers throughout the process of UX

Independently create applications for the customers
