Head of Financial Solution Development (m / f / d)

Your Responsibilities

Our Solution Development Core Models team creates and develops solutions within our Jedox Software to support various business processes. We call these solutions “Models” and market them in the Jedox Marketplace for our customers and partners to find. We are looking for someone to both manage the team and build the vision to help them create the models our customer will need and love.

As team lead be responsible to support and grow the team :

• Be responsible for recruitment
• Manage team and performance (set and monitor goals, conduct performance reviews and enable the team members to grow their skills.)
• As cost center responsible you will part of the budgeting and monitor the costs.

As an engineering lead you will work closely with the product owner on the product roadmap and on the refinement of the product backlog :

As a member of the development team, you will take over development tasks according to capacity and skills :
