Your Tasks

Ongoing legal advice to all specialist departments of the Belectric Group (national and international)
In particular, support of the Sales and Business Development departments in contract negotiations (EPC, O&M, Project development, PPA)
Structuring of M&A transactions and their implementation
Analysing and assessing legal risks and evaluating industry developments from a legal perspective
Coordination and selection of domestic and foreign law firms and notary's offices for special legal issues

Your profile

Completed law studies with a degree as a fully qualified lawyer (m / f / d) (2nd state examination)

Several years of professional experience in a corporate legal department, ideally in the field of renewable energies

Ability to assess legal issues taking into account company-relevant commercial and economic aspects

Experience in international projects and confident dealing with international clients and suppliers

Very good knowledge of MS Office

Very good knowledge of English, other languages are an advantage (Spanish, Italian)

Team player (m / f / d) with strong communication, problem-solving and negotiation skills as well as an analytical and structured way of working
