German-speaking Video Content Analyst for Lisbonoffice

Position : Video Content Analyst Location : Lisbon,

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : Review user reports regarding video

content on a shopping platform Review sensitive content, sometimes

involving disturbing subject matter Remove inapproperiate content

Make well-balanced decisions and help resolve inquiries to defined

policies and procedures. REQUIREMENTS : Native / Fluent in German ,

both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level) Able

to cover shift rotation (no night shifts!) Tolerance sensitive

content Quick learner and adaptable to learn new processes,

concepts, and skills Analytical mindset with strong attention to

detail Able to objectively evaluate and classify the content No

previous experience in contact center required OFFER : Excellent

remuneration package based on experience, skills and performance

Shifts on weekly rotation, on Sunday 09 AM- 6 PM. 40 hours work per

week Free shuttle in case of no public transportation availability
