We are looking for you! We offer a fulltime position 40h / week) as a Senior Engineer Backend (m / f / d) in one of our locations in either Heidelberg Berlin Leipzig or Munich. The offer includes the option of working several days per week in the mobile office .

Your Mission

You will primarily focus on backend development while also contributing to small frontend tasks as needed.
You are not afraid to ask for help and have a growth mindset.
Endtoend development test and deployment of new components
Design and extension of our MicroServices based web architecture with highfunctional and highperformance features.
You maintain and improve existing functionality and apply design changes to the architecture as it fits.
You are part of a crossfunctional team and in close cooperation with Frontend engineers QA engineers and Product Owner in an established Agile environment.
You dare to try new things and bring about change.

Your essential experience and education

Several years of professional practical experience as a Backend Developer

Proficient in C# .NET 5 ASP and dependency injection

Skilled in cloud technologies including Docker Kubernetes and Google Cloud

Experienced with modern frontend technologies particularly Angular / AngularJS

Familiar with messaging systems such as Kafka and RabbitMQ and monitoring tools like Kafka Elastic APM / Kibana

Experienced in implementing and managing CI / CD pipelines using Jenkins GitLab CI or Bitbucket

Designed and implemented REST APIs before

You are familiar with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban

You have excellent English oral and written communication skills.

You have experience with collaboration tools like ClickUp Jira or Confluence
