Die Bulten GmbH ist eine Tochtergesellschaft der Bulten AB. An unserem Standort in Bergkamen fertigen wir Kaltumformteile Verbindungselemente und Sonderschrauben für namhafte Automobilhersteller und Industriekunden. Des Weiteren agieren wir als Full-Service-Provider für sämtliche Logistikaufgaben und übernehmen bei Bedarf unter anderem die Konstruktion die Qualitätssicherung die Beschaffung und die Logistik der gewünschten Verbindungselemente. Wir arbeiten international mit unseren Schwesterstandorten in acht weiteren Ländern sowie unserer Zentrale in Schweden / Göteborg zusammen.

Bulten GmbH is a subsidiary of Bulten AB. At our site in Bergkamen we manufacture cold-formed parts fasteners and special screws for leading automotive manufacturers and industrial addition we operate as a full-service provider for logistics and when required also manage the design quality assurance procurement and delivery of customized fastening solutions.

We work internationally in close collaboration with Bultens operations in eight other countries as well as with our headquarters in Gothenburg Sweden.

Managing Director Bulten GmbH - Interim or Permanent - Drive strategic growth & operational excellence

Are you a strategic leader with a passion for operational excellence Were looking for an experienced hands-on Managing Director to lead our manufacturing operations and a workforce of 180 employees while driving commercial growth. This senior leadership role combines operational excellence with strong sales and business development responsibility. The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day plant activities manage teams develop customer relationships and deliver profitable growth through strategic and tactical commercial initiatives.

This is a highly visible role requiring strong leadership technical understanding of manufacturing and proven sales and commercial acumen.

Your impact:

• Lead day-to-day plant operations production quality and safety for a 180-person facility
• Drive strategic initiatives to optimize profitability productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Drive sales growth commercial strategies and manage key customer relationships
• Manage P&L budgets and cost control
• Build and lead high-performing operational and sales teams
• Identify new market opportunities and grow existing accounts

• Proven experience in senior leadership within a manufacturing or production environment
• Strong business acumen with P&L responsibility
• Track record of building high-performing teams
• Hands-on leadership style with strategic mindset
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Qualifications (Preferred)

• Degree in Engineering Business Operations Management or related field.
• MBA or commercial qualification is an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years experience in manufacturing leadership and sales
