My client, a rapidly expanding Industrial Automotive solution provider, are searching for an accomplish Sales Coordinator to join the German team.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee the end-to-end order lifecycle, including receipt, processing, and tracking, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Create accurate and competitive quotation proposals based on customer needs, collaborating with internal teams to confirm feasibility and compliance.
• Maintain precise order and quotation records, regularly updating systems and generating reports to aid in strategic decision-making and issue resolution.
• Serve as a liaison between the sales team and other departments, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment to achieve project success.
• Organize regular meetings and reports, track KPI and drive initiatives to enhance operational efficiency across the region.
