Junior Banking & Finance Lawyer - Your Role :

As a Junior Banking & Finance Lawyer, you will :

Advise clients on a wide range of banking and finance matters .
Draft, review, and negotiate complex legal agreements and contracts.
Stay ahead of regulatory and market developments.
Work closely with colleagues across different practice areas to deliver seamless client service.
Represent clients in financial transactions and regulatory matters with professionalism and expertise.

Junior Banking & Finance Lawyer - Your Profile :

We are looking for a professional who brings :

A Master's degree in Law and the CCDL

At least 2 years of relevant experience within a law firm , in banking and finance .

Fluency in English and French ; knowledge of German is a real plus.

Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.

Excellent drafting and analytical skills, with close attention to detail.

A collaborative spirit combined with the ability to work independently.
