Sales Coordinator

Proclinical is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the sales team and BU Lead in organizing meetings, training sessions, and onboarding new team members. This role focuses on coordinating local educational events, managing contracts, processing purchase orders, and ensuring compliance with internal guidelines. You will be a key contact for the sales team, providing essential operational and administrative support.

Responsibilities :

• Provide administrative support to the BU Lead and sales team
• Organize sales meetings and training sessions, including travel arrangements, accommodation, and itinerary planning
• Coordinate onboarding processes for new team members and liaise with other departments
• Assist in organizing educational events and sponsorships, ensuring proper contract management
• Distribute requested materials to the sales team
• Oversee contract administration, invoice processing, and compliance with internal procedures
• Manage budget-related tasks for field force activities
• Provide general office support and assist other departments as needed
